IOA Re has historically serviced the Workers’ Compensation market by offering a varying array of products to our clients. Currently, we offer two key solutions to the workers’ compensation market; Treaty W.C. and Industrial Aid Aviation. It is IOA Re’s desire to continue to look for new ways to innovate workers’ compensation products, as well as curtail our current products to the ever-changing needs of our customers.

Treaty Workers Compensation:

Maximum Capacity (Limit):

$20,000,000 (no more than 60% of any one layer)

Maximum Any One Life (MAOL):

$10,000,000 - within a life options available upon request

Standard Conditions: (Special acceptances upon request)
Reinstatements:

One reinstatement at 100% Annual Premium, pro rata as to time and amount

Contract Run-off:

12 months plus odd time not to exceed 18 months in all

Sunset/Commutation:

up to 10 years
